Returns & Exchanges
Upon receiving your order, please review your invoice carefully to make sure you have received your entire order. If you did not receive items you were invoiced for or your package was damaged during shipping call Stript Teez immediately at 320-444-4080 for assistance. Damaged items must be returned in the ORIGINAL packaging (that it was shipped in) for the claim to be honored.
Acceptable Reasons to Return or Exchange Merchandise
Damage to items during shipment(see above)
We are not beyond making a mistake so if we ship you the wrong basic color, size, customization, etc; we will fix it and replace the items with the correct ones once they’ve been returned to us. You must contact us for instructions on how to ship it back and an RMA number. If it’s our mistake, we’ll cover the shipping.
Mistakes happen so if you ordered the wrong basic color, size, or customization we will replace the items returned with the correct ones for only the cost of the postage to ship you the correct items. You must contact us for instructions on how to ship it back and an RMA number. We’ll charge original payment method for the shipping charges when the replacement items are shipped.
Unacceptable Reasons to Return or Exchange Merchandise
Variation in the Stript Teeztm patterns and color of the material where the discharge of dyes has taken place are NOT acceptable reasons for returns or exchanges. Please read the ordering information for details.
Condition of Returned Merchandise
Striptteez.com will accept returns as long as merchandise is in salable condition (unworn, unwashed & with hangtags attached).
How to Return Merchandise
For us to process any return, please call customer service at 1-320-444-4080 and please have your order number available. We will only be able to accept returns or exchanges on orders 30 days or less from the date of original shipment. We can only accept items that are currently available on our website. We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Stript Teeztm is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Refunds on Returns
All return merchandise must be received by Striptteez.com prior to receiving any agreed upon refund. All shipped returns must be accompanied by an RMA number. Refunds will be applied using the original method of payment as soon as possible, but please allow up to 3 weeks for your return to be received and processed.
Exchange Orders
All pending exchange orders will be processed by Striptteez.com upon receiving the original return merchandise with accompanying RMA number. The balance, if any, will be charged at this time, and the requested replacement merchandise will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.
